PAYMENT / PRICES / DELIVERY

Payment: We accept payments exclusively through PayPal for our services. (NO ACCOUNT NEEDED)Prices: The prices listed on each category is a rough estimate of what to expect.Delivery Time: This is all depending on the design. A design can take me 1-2 weeks to complete, so plan accordingly.

Term and Conditions

Payment:
Payment is required upfront before work on the commission begins.
All transactions will be processed through PayPal.Refunds:
Refunds are not available once work on the commission has commenced.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent the completion of the commission, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.Communication:
Clear and concise communication is crucial for the success of the commission.
Regular updates and progress reports will be provided, and feedback is welcomed at various stages.Revisions:
A reasonable number of revisions are included in the commission fee.
Additional revisions may incur extra charges, depending on the extent of the requested changes.Rights and Usage:
The artist retains the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios and promotional materials.
Once completed, the client is granted commercial use rights and may reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit the artwork.Deadlines:
Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon before commencing work.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but the artist will communicate any changes to the agreed-upon schedule promptly.Content Restrictions:
The artist reserves the right to refuse commissions containing explicit or offensive content, including but not limited to, gore, sexual intercourse, kinks, male characters, mechas, furries & animals.Cancellation:
The client may cancel the commission at any time, but refunds are subject to the progress made on the artwork.Quality Assurance:
The artist will strive to produce high-quality work, and if the client is dissatisfied, reasonable efforts will be made to address concerns.By commissioning artwork, the client agrees to these terms and conditions. Any deviations or exceptions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
